No communication with theft module whith maxisys I have a 2004 silverado 2500 is there another way to get this maxisys to retrive security data I have data loged this issue with support and apperantly I have a bad module is there responce not so I have another scanner snapon. Verus and it gives me all pids I need so idont know about the autel answer can someone tell me if it may be located
I am also having more automatic vin recognition fail I have the lates udate -

The problem has been corrected I have auto vin and also I found the issue with the
theft module information under body control problems solved thanks support
